Miss Emery County’s Outstanding Teen Maryn Allred represented the area at the Miss Utah’s Outstanding Teen pageant that took place over the weekend of Feb. 28 to March 1.
Allred has been busily preparing for the competition and was spotlighted during a recent sendoff party that was hosted in her honor at Emery High School. At this sendoff, Allred was able to practice by performing her piano solo, fitness routine, evening gown walk and several onstage questions.
Allred was stated to have represented the county well and received an astounding amount of support on her journey, complete with cheers and posters alike. One of 39 girls competing, Allred finished out the competition as third runner up and was also honored with the Spirit Award.
“We are proud of her and all her accomplishments,” shared the Miss Emery County Organization.
