Members of the Nicki Spaghetti family celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon. The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce along with community members attended the event to welcome the business to the area.
Although the restaurant has been open for several months, an official ribbon cutting never took place. According to Nicki Spaghetti employee Jennifer Marakis, the business provides customers and staff a friendly environment to eat and work.
“Here, everyone is family,” she stated.
Nicki Spaghetti serves authentic east coast Italian food including pasta, sandwiches, salads, appetizers and desserts.
