David M. Funk is the Successor Trustee of the Max K. Funk Revocable Trust under Agreement dated August 24, 2017. Max K. Funk is the Settlor of said Trust and he is now deceased. Creditors of Max K. Funk are required to present their claims in writing to Successor Trustee David M. Funk c/o Michael R. Jensen, Attorney at Law, 90 W. 100 N., Suite 3, Price, UT 84501, within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting the claim.
