Saturday was a day of festive celebration for the town of Orangeville. The town Christmas party brought fun for all who attended.
Everyone gathered at the community firehouse Saturday night, where the winners of the chili cook-off were announced as attendants sampled the tasty dishes. The winners were:

Santa Claus made his appearance under the pavilion in the park, where children gave him their Christmas requests while others stood around the bonfire. The night ended with the movie, The Santa Claus.
