In their first game of the season, the Pinnacle Lady Panthers went head to head against Altamont at home on the volleyball court. Despite a strong fight from the home team, the victory went to the opposing team.
“It went pretty good for our first game,” assistant coach Cindy Borba said after the match.
“I was really impressed with our net play,” Borba continued in reference to the defense work her team of 13 girls made throughout the matchup, scoring a number of blocks in the process.
The Lady Panthers will travel to take on their next opponent, Westridge, on Wednesday.
