The Spring Glen Canal Company will hold its annual stockholders meeting February 3, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Helper Auditorium Council Room. South Main Street, Helper, UT.
Notice is also made that Spring Glen Canal Company has two vacant board member positions. If you are interested in applying for one of these vacancies, send an email to Frank Saccomanno at fsaccomanno@emerytelcom.net to formally apply for one of these two positions by stating you would like to be placed on the ballot for consideration. Email must be received by February 1, 2024 and you must attend the stockholders meeting to be considered for a vacancy.
