The City of Green River Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the City Council Chambers, 460 East Main Street in Green River, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on requested changes:
1. Zoning change request on Parcel #01-154B-0044 Located on S Green River Blvd from Residential-1 to Residential-2 or Residential-3.
2. Changes to the fence ordinance 10-12-7, including but not limited to: Setback requirements, Height regulations, and zones.
