Born in Royal, Carbon County, Utah, March 24,1931 to Raymond and Melba Denison, he died at home, in Taylorsville, Utah, December 21, 2014 surrounded by family. He grew up and was educated in Carbon County. Graduated Carbon High School in 1949.
Married Bette Burgess November 27, 1954 in Coeur d’Alene, ID and later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. A faithful member of the LDSS Church. Served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Later worked at Tooele Army Depot.
Survivors: his beloved wife, Bette; children: Tonia (Nate) McCall, Lori (Brent) Johnston, Rick Denison, Michael (Angie) Denison, Thomas (Stacey) Denison and Cara Stewart; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Dean (Erline) Denison; sisters, Darlene Thayer and VaLynne (Gerald) Thompson.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 27, 2014, 12:00 noon at the Taylorsville 1st Ward, 7845 S. Woodhaven Dr. Viewings will be held Friday, December 26, 2014, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
