Press Release – The Price City zoo, arts and parks tax, ZAP Tax, needs to be renewed by voters during the regular general election. ZAP Tax has been enacted for 8 years now and has been efficiently and effectively used to improve, cultural, parks and recreation facilities and programs in the community.
