Spardettes Overall 2A Winner at the Rocky Mountain Drill Invitational

The Emery High Spardettes competed in the Rocky Mountain Invitational drill competition Saturday at Corner Canyon High School in Draper.

The team competed in the 2A classification and placed first among 2A schools. They took first in their hip-hop and dance routines, second in character and fourth in military. The Spardettes also received the showmanship award for their dance routine.

Jadree Hungtington placed third in the drill downs. Mikaela Jensen placed first with her solo dance in the 2A jazz competition.

The Spardettes are coached by Lindsey Oman, Heidi Hurdsman and Brooklin Ewell.
