Sixth grade students at Castle Heights Elementary were honored during an awards ceremony Monday afternoon. Each participant received a sixth grade certificate of completion and various other awards.
During the ceremony, Dytanya “Bubby” Johnson was surprised with the Volunteer of the Year award. Johnson helped in classrooms at Castle Heights prior to moving to Florida for college. Recently, he returned to Price just to visit with the students and help them with math, reading and play with them on the playground.
