The Green River Library would like to remind all local residents of the amenities and activities it provides.
Story time is hosted each Wednesday beginning at 10:30 a.m. as well as a book club every second Wednesday of the month. For the month of February, the club is reading “A Man Called Ove” by Fredrik Backman.
Computer usage, faxing, copying, printing, laminating and scanning to email is all still provided by the library to patrons. Many new books have recently come to the library for preschool and grade school children as well as high school students and adults.
Library patrons still have the option of checking out DVDs from the library. Two Kindles are available to check out that have over 100 books installed on them, ready to read. More information about the library can be located on its Facebook page.
If you have new and fun ideas for events that can take place at the library, please email them at gr@lib.emerycounty.com.
