The Office of Tourism has released a statement in regard to those that wish to request for funding from the office.
Event organizers that are looking for assistance from the tourism office must pick up an application, in person, at the Carbon County Administration Building located at 751 East 100 North, Suite 2600, in Price.
The tax advisory board meets quarterly and the first and second quarters have been completed. Therefore, only events that are occurring in July, August or September are being considered at this time and applications need to be submitted as soon as possible for consideration.
