Tony Kokal IV passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Sunday, March 27, at the Slovenian Home, 4323 No 2000 W, Spring Glen, Utah from 12 to 3 p.m..
All who knew and loved Tony are welcome to attend.
