Emery played its last preseason game on Friday against the Juab Wasps.
The Wasps came in took care of business verse a banged-up Spartan team and cruised to a 51-7 victory.
The Spartans (0-5) will kick off region play in Moab on the Sept. 20 against the Red Devils (2-3).
