The American Legion Aux. Unit 42 is proud to announce this year’s selection for Girls State: Aubrey Justice, daughter of Jason and Chassie Bingham, and Tia Hulse, daughter of Wayne and Rexanne Huntsman.
The girls will be attending for a week in June where they will be staying at Weber State University learning about the branches of government and how it works, the Constitution and patriotism as well as competing for scholarships all while earning three political science credits.
We at American Legion Aux. Unit 42 are excited to see these girls get this very important and great opportunity. We would also like to thank Ferron City and Desertview Federal Credit Union for their generous donation and supporting this very important program. Good luck girls!
