Applications for the United Way of Eastern Utah Angel Tree opened on Oct 6. and will be accepted until the deadline date of Nov. 17.
Those that wish to apply must call for an appointment to submit the completed applications. It should be noted that all applicants must sign up for a budgeting class upon submission in-person. United Way reviews each application when submitted in-person and by appointment.
If something is amiss from the application, it will not be accepted. Online applications can be found here. They can also be picked up at United Way, Price City Hall, the Department of Workforce Services, Eastern Utah Community Credit Union, Creekview Elementary and RUCD Head Start.
