At Wednesday’s Emery County Business Chamber Lunch and Learn, Utah Power Credit Union was chosen as the local business of the month. Established in 1935, Utah Power Credit Union has since become the seventh largest credit union in Utah.
“Utah Power Credit Union has over 25,000 members and has assets of over $530 million,” said Ruth Ann Ekker. “Carbon and Emery counties account for the largest concentration of members, assets and investments of credit union resources.”
Utah Power Credit Union has opened several branches around Utah. They have now spread into Wyoming with the name Power Trust Credit Union.
