The annual United Way Day of Caring took place in Carbon County on Saturday.
Volunteers gathered at Fresh Market in the morning for a free breakfast before breaking off into groups to start service projects. Throughout the morning, volunteers worked on more than 20 projects before enjoying a lunch at Pioneer Park.
Projects included improvements at the Boys and Girls Club of Carbon County, Castle Gate Cemetery Road cleaning, a cleanup of Woodhill and much more.
