Washington, UT- Wendy Sue Margaurite Watson (Meeks) Hatch, 52, Date of death: February 17, 2022 in Washington, UT. Birth date: December 24, 1969 in Olympia, WA. Her parents: Walter Samuel Watson III (Father), Clover Lee Draper Watson (Mother). She married Brett G. Hatch, September 27, 2015 in St. George, UT.

Wendy was raised in Crescent City, CA, Medford, OR, and Estes Park, CO. However she lived in various places between California, Utah, Washington, and Colorado.

She received her B.S.N. from Utah Valley University and practiced as a Nurse at Provo City Rehab center, Castleview Hospital Med/Surge unit, IHC Dixie Regional Mom/Baby unit, Shadow Mountain Detox Center, and at her time of death IHC BMed unit.

In her prime she was an avid runner and racquetball player (beating most of the men she played). When she was young she would accompany her dad, who was a truck driver, on road trips and was able to see much of the country with him. She loved to color anything, and she loved caring for everyone around her but herself. You could almost always catch her with a Diet Mountain Dew, or a Reese’s pieces peanut butter cups. Her favorite NFL team was the 49ers, just like her dad.

She is proceeded in death by her son Austin Gary Meeks. She is survived by her parents Walter Samuel Watson III (Father), and Clover Lee Draper Watson (Mother); her husband Brett G. Hatch; her daughter Makayla Clover Meeks (Nathan Quinn); her granddaughter Gentry Austina Quinn; and her brothers and sisters: Becky Clement (Glenn Clement), Josh Watson (Elizabeth Watson), Annie Costamagna (Pat Costamagna), Sammy Watson (Cassandra Watson), Jenny Lopez (Victor Lopez), Rocky Watson (Ashley Watson), Nick Watson (Vanessa Watson), and Sierra French (Aaron French).
