Fans gathered at Desert Thunder Mountain Raceway on Friday and Saturday to watch drivers race in one the fastest and largest tracks in Utah. Drivers reached speeds of up to 100 MPH as they zoomed around a 3/8-mile long racetrack. Races included super lot, modified and unmodified stock cars and mini sprint cars.
Desert Thunder Raceway will host more races and events throughout the summer. The dates and events are as follows:
July 25-26 Truck Tug-a-War
August 29-30 The Castle Country Crash
September 26-27 The Castle Country Crash
