Palenque Gourmet Mexican Grill opened its door two years ago in Huntington thanks to owner Lamberto Ortiz. Located on Main Street, the restaurant offers a full menu of tacos, burritos, salads, quesadillas, kids’ meals and more. The restaurant offers seven different types of meat, four different bean options and three different kinds of rice.
Palenque has a dining room for patrons who like to enjoy their meals on site. Customers can also call ahead for take-out. The number of the restaurant is (435) 687-2781.
The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
