Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Mont Harmon Middle School Cafeteria Expansion. Bids will be received by Carbon School District Maintenance Department at 65 East 400 North Price, Utah. OR may be submitted electronically to bids@carbonschools.org. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m Feb 14, 2023 and then will be opened and publicly read aloud.

A pre-bid site meeting will be held on Tuesday February 6th at 10:00 a.m. for all interested contractors. This meeting is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

Scope of Work

1. Construction of approximate 1700 SF addition to the cafeteria of the school.

2. Work can begin upon award of contract, with the anticipation that preliminary exterior work will be done to coincide with the summer break starting in June when the interior work can be done without disruption to the school schedule. The project is expected to be substantially completed on or before Aug 1, 2024.

3. General Contractor will be required provide all construction management, general supervision of crews and sub-contractors, coordination for testing and inspections, progress meetings with Owner Representatives and A&E team members.
