Bring friends and family for a FREE, fun-filled day at the Prehistoric Museum as Cretaceous Christmas takes place this Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Santa will visit with children from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and there will be plenty of crafts and activities for all ages. Visitors are encouraged check out the museum’s new and updated exhibits in archaeology and paleontology.
Be sure to stroll through the “Art Elevated” community art show in the temporary gallery where Santa Claus will be waiting to hear your child’s wish list. Much of the art is for sale at very reasonable prices and would make a great gift! And, of course, the museum shop is full of great gifts like puzzles, jewelry, plush dinos and replica arrowheads.
