On Halloween morning, the East Carbon Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle that had become fully engulfed in flames. The department was successful in not only containing the flames, but extinguishing them within a few minutes.
From there, the crew spent a quarter of an hour ensuring that the fire was completely put out before rolling up the hoses and heading back to the station. No injuries were reported due to the blaze, and the cause has not yet been released.
